Going....going...gone!

Sales were thin on the ground towards the end of march but activity has bounced back so far in April with a number of potential purchasers missing out on suitable properties because they weren't quick enough off the blocks or their offers were unrealistically low. Hopefully the run of Bank Holidays will not disrupt the flow of sales too much.

Note to self.....don't ever agree to sell your business partner's house! Selling it was straight forward, finding her something to buy is proving to be another matter entirely.

Football Crazy....

We are now the proud sponsors of Cheshire Boys Junior Football Club! Perhaps next year we'll take over from Nationwide as sponsors of England.

THE YEAR SO FAR!

Bloody good January, rubbish February and March looking good so far! All in all a bit mixed but our hard work is paying off.

Is it really mid February??

What a hectic start to the year - sorry we have fallen behind with our updates. Sales have been strong, lettings even stronger and there have been plenty of new properties entering the market with many more potential vendors considering a move soon. We'll try to stay on top of the updates from now on.
